I’m Anita, and I wear many hats—lawyer, chef, farmer, artist, partner, mother, grandmother, angler, and yes, 100% human being. I live in the breathtaking Western Cape, near Stellenbosch, where I spend my days surrounded by the beauty of nature and the magic of creativity.

When I’m not in my garden harvesting fresh ingredients, you’ll find me in the kitchen crafting unique flavours, writing (yes, I’m a published author!), painting, or even casting a line to reel in the catch of the day. Life is all about the little joys for me—like bottling the magic of fresh herbs and spices into my finishing salts, so you can enjoy them too.
