- At The Soul Garden, we’re all about bringing local South African vendors right to your doorstep! When you shop with us, you're actually buying from a delightful mix of sellers scattered all across our beautiful country. That means if you’re treating yourself to goodies from multiple vendors, you’ll get separate deliveries from each seller via our trusty local couriers.
- Why, you ask? Because we don’t stock these treasures ourselves. So, heads up: shipping costs might increase when you’re shopping from multiple vendors. But don’t worry, it’s all part of the charm! As we grow, we’ll work on consolidating orders to make shipping smoother and more economical for you. So stay tuned and keep enjoying the best of South Africa, delivered right to your door!
Shipment Processing Time ⏱️
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 💲
- Local Shipping: We offer standard shipping rates across South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional costs apply).
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking ✅
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 🚨
- The Soul Garden is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages 💔
