At The Soul Garden, we currently specialise in:

2. Who are your sellers? 🤝
Our sellers are like our partners. They are our creators pumping blood through our store. Together, The Soul Garden helps to bring the seller forward and provide the buyer (you) a beautiful place and smooth experience to buy unique and locally sourced products from within South Africa, and even have it brought to your doorstep!
3. How can I become a seller on The Soul Garden? 🌱
We're always looking to partner with passionate artisans and creators. If you’re interested in becoming a seller, please visit our Vendor Qualifying page and fill out the form to see if you qualify. We’ll review your submission and get back to you with the next steps. Join our community and share your unique products with our growing customer base!
4. How do I place an order? 🛒
Placing an order is as easy as pie! Just browse our collections, add your favourites to the cart, and hit that checkout button. Voilà! You’re on your way to receiving some awesome goodies.
5. How do gift cards work at The Soul Garden? 🎁
- Purchase: Customers can select and buy gift cards in various amounts on our store, just like any other product.
- Delivery: After purchase, gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient via email or to the buyer for personal delivery. Each card comes with a unique code.
- Redemption: Recipients can shop on our store and apply the gift card code at checkout. If their purchase exceeds the card's value, they can pay the difference. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
- Check Balance: Customers can check their gift card balance through our store or by contacting support.
- Expiration: Gift cards do not expire, allowing recipients to use them at their convenience.
6. Do you ship internationally? ✈️
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. But who knows? We might spread our wings and start shipping worldwide soon. Stay tuned!
7. How long will it take to receive my order? ⏳
Our standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. If you’re in a hurry, we offer express shipping which takes 1-3 business days. We promise it’s worth the wait!
8. What if I receive a damaged item? 😢
Oh no! We’re really sorry if this happens. Please contact us immediately at returns@thesoulgarden.co.za, and we’ll make it right. Don’t forget to include a photo of the damaged item so we can sort it out faster than you can say “replacement!”
9. Can I return or exchange my order? 🔄
Yes, you can! Check out our Return & Refund Policy for all the deets. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
10. How can I track my order? 📦
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your order’s journey from our door to yours.
